The following contact details are currently available for the customer service department:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.
In general, we ask you to check the current opening hours here under "News" before planning a visit to our customer center, should there be any changes at short notice.

Dear customers,
From now on, the monthly and annual banderoles (for € 10 and € 60 respectively) for the bicycle parking garage Hbf. P 6 via the tourist information office, Willy-Brandt-Platz 5.
The office there is open Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00.
