Visitor parking permits will be available at the Mannheim Tourist Information Office starting October 1, 2026

Dear customers,

Starting October 1, 2026, visitor parking permits will be sold at the Mannheim Tourist Information offices. These are located at Willy-Brandt-Platz 5, 68161 Mannheim—near the main train station—and at Paradeplatz.

The offices there are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

H 6 Underground Parking Garage Closed for Short-Term Parking from August 3, 2026, through October 30, 2026 (tentative)

Dear customers,

Due to renovation work on the first basement level, the H 6 underground parking garage will be closed to short-term parkers from August 3, 2026, until October 30, 2026 (tentatively).
As an alternative, you can use our parking facilities G 1, D 5, U 2, and C 1.

Long-term parkers may continue to use the H 6 underground parking garage on the 2nd basement level or in the parking bay area; temporary restrictions may apply.

We ask for your understanding regarding this situation and apologize for the inconvenience.

Dear customers,

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.

In general, we ask you to check the current opening hours here under "News" before planning a visit to our customer center, should there be any changes at short notice.

Bicycle banderoles now available from the tourist information office

Dear customers,

From now on, the monthly and annual banderoles (for € 10 and € 60 respectively) for the bicycle parking garage Hbf. P 6 via the tourist information office, Willy-Brandt-Platz 5.

The office there is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
