TR Built between 1964 and 1967 by Mannheim architect Emil Serini and engineer Peter Serini, the N2 multi-storey parking lot is now one of Mannheim's young listed buildings.

One of the special features of the building are the zig-zag walls on the outside of the parking garage, which, among other things, prevent glare from car headlights into the apartments opposite.
